BEAT started as a way to bring hard-working amateur producers together to show off their talent while receiving valuable feedback from industry pros, in hopes of winning a shot at the headline and earning the respect of the audience. Along the way, we discovered that there's much more to the story of the Electronic Music scene, and that underground producers, touring pros, and audience members all have a part to play. We're here to bring it all together.
Our plan is to partner with artists and their audience, clubs and promoters, educators and hardware/software creators to bring a new level of detail and interest to a scene that in recent years has seen itself sold to the highest bidder. Help us reclaim Electronic Music and present its fascinating intricacies to the world.
